Raceforce Global is exclusively recruiting a Chief Mechanic for a highly competitive, race-winning team competing in one of Europe’s premier single-seater championships (F1 ladder).
In this critical role, you will be the technical backbone of the operation. You will oversee all car builds, manage the workflow of the mechanics, ensure impeccable reliability standards, and serve as the crucial link between the engineering office and the garage floor. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and knows how to extract the best from their crew.
What you need to bring:
✅ Extensive hands-on experience as a #1 Mechanic or Chief Mechanic in high-level motorsport (single-seater experience is strongly preferred).
✅ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and manage a crew of mechanics under tight deadlines.
✅ Deep technical knowledge of modern race car systems, assemblies, and FIA regulations.
✅ Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with race engineers, team management, and drivers.
✅ Flexibility to travel, as this role requires a combination of workshop-based preparation and trackside execution at race and test events.
✅ You must be eligible to work within the EU.
